Apple puree is a semi-processed product made from fresh apples. In the process of apple puree production, after washing, peeling and de-seeding, the apples are made into a soft and uniform paste and cooked until they reach a semi-solid state.
Unlike apple concentrate, this product does not contain fruit juice and the process of water evaporation does not occur in it, for this reason it has a thicker texture than fruit juice.
